"I'll start by saying I don't enjoy giving negative reviews, but my experience at Saint Añejo wasn't the greatest by far. Overall, the food wasn't that bad. I've had worse tacos by far and the price is mostly in-line with most major cities at this point. Before I discuss the food I would like discuss the atmosphere because it felt strange. Our wait went roughly 20-30 minutes over the projected time, which is what it is. There were lots of open tables, but I'm assuming they were quite short staffed. Some of the staff seemed pretty stressed out and they looked to be quite busy. However, it didn't look like management was stepping in and helping any of the staff. I didn't have a manager ask how we were doing that evening or anything, but they did stand in front of our booth and watch TV in the bar. It was bothersome to watch some staff struggle and management seemingly watch them drown. The overall atmosphere felt like none of the staff wanted to be there. The food wasn't bad at all. We started with guacamole and it was good, but quite a small portion at the price point. Some parts could have been better though, such as the hot chicken taco. As other reviews stated it does have a slightly sweeter taste which tastes kind of strange. I was particularly excited for the Mahi Mahi taco and asked for it to be crispy, but it came out grilled. It wasn't bad so I didn't complain. The al pastor wasn't bad at all, but I've had much better al pastor for a lot cheaper. The standout taco was the crispy potato. It was really delicious! One of the best parts of the meal was the drinks. The old fashioned I had was very good and I was pretty impressed with it and my wife's drink. Overall, I feel like Saint Añejo has potential to be really good and maybe some nights are better than others; but right now they're just not there."
