"It was a lovely surprise to discover Original Joe on West Portal!Of course I stuffed my basket full of porcini truffle pasta, a beef stew for later, a bouquet of spring flowers and several wines including a well priced Amorone.They have some small European style seating for outdoor dining, and wow, belly up for their deli which includes binge worthy lasagna, risotto, ravioli, and that panoply of yummies goes on.My waist line will never thank me, but my tummy will! ?I just wish service was better or at least less hostile. The kitchen and cashier are almost rude. Shame, I would go back more often but for the service."
