"The service here is appalling. We were charged four times for only two meals. When we contacted the restaurant, the staff insisted that we physically go to the location to show our credit card statement and refused to provide an email address to which we could send the information. As non-local residents who are leaving Philadelphia soon, it is highly inconvenient for us to make a trip to the restaurant. We are able to send the statement via email, but they were unwilling to accommodate that. Thankfully, we reached out to a third party for assistance, and they have been incredibly helpful in investigating the matter and working to reverse some of the erroneous charges. The restaurant really needs to improve their service and stop making it difficult for customers. The manager should learn how to address billing issues without insisting that customers come in person, especially when it’s difficult for them to do so. Furthermore, the manager’s attitude was rude and disrespectful."
