"I have been a patron of this restaurant since 1996 and have always enjoyed my experiences there, especially during holidays. However, on Mother's Day 2024, I was quite disappointed, particularly since it was our first visit after the renovations and what seems to be a change in ownership. The service was lacking; after receiving the menus, it took 15 minutes for anyone to take our order. The food did not meet my previous expectations, either. On a positive note, the drinks server was attentive and made sure our drinks were always filled. Unfortunately, to top it all off, their computer system was down, so they couldn't process my credit card. Instead, I was given a handwritten receipt to sign. At that moment, I decided that I wouldn’t be returning anytime soon."
