"My family, friends, and I have usually been happy with the customer service at Mr. Mike's. However, during a recent visit, I had made a reservation for a table but the hostess initially tried to seat us in a booth and then in the lounge. I prefer to dine in a table and chair setting, especially when dining with my family. The service that evening was lacking as we had to constantly try to flag down a waiter for drink refills. This was unusual as the service at Mr. Mike's is typically excellent. Additionally, when our meals were brought out, the servers reached across me to place the dishes in front of the other guests I was dining with instead of serving them directly. Upon paying the bill, the server hurriedly dismissed us, making us feel unwelcome. While the food quality was as good as always, the disappointing service that evening has made me reconsider Mr. Mike's as our first choice for dining out in the foreseeable future. Overall, the experience was subpar and even a food delivery service would have provided a better experience."
