"Pretty horrible experience from the get-go. Had our name placed on wait list at 3:25 with a stated wait at 20-30 minutes and even received a confirmation text. After 35 minutes we checked in at hostess stand and it was obvious we weren 't anywhere intheir system. After being given the technical issues excuse we were told that we would be seated first as soon as the staffmeeting was over... in another 10 minutes. We were then led past two available tables that would accommodate our small party butinstead sat at a table right next to the kitchen. They literally put us at the crappiest table in the place after making us waitforty minutes and losing us on their wait list. Service was not real great, it seems our waiter may have been aware that we werenot enthralled at this point. We finally ordered our food at 4:20. At this point it didn 't matter how good the food may or maynot have been, the staff failed to make up for their mistake and even punished us for being unhappy about their lack ofaccountability. We ordered the pretzel and it was very thin compared to photos taken by other reviewers, the artichoke dip wastoo salty, the pizza was only like warm, and drinks sat unfilled and only tended upon request. When we finally finished and leftthe restaurant it was 5:05. Overall, it appears the lackluster treatment of the staff reflects an attitude that the restauranthas enough traffic to afford the loss of potential repeat business. Looking over other reviews it appears good service, capablestaff manning the hostess desk, along with a base level of responsibility are going the way of the dinosaurs; it would seemperhaps Sidewinder 's is leading the pack."

"The pizza here is fine. We recently went here for my husband’s birthday. It took an insanely long time to get any drinks (including Diet Coke and ice tea in addition to beer which was flat and mixed drinks made wrong). I’m not exaggerating it was easily 20 minutes or more. Food was an extremely long wait. We sat down at 7, we were not eating until 8:30. Food came out wrong and my husband was then up all night feeling unwell. We liked this place in the past but won’t be back. Also, server seemed to not care, multiple times we asked for extra napkins, never received any. He also lacked basic knowledge about the menu (can I sub broccoli rab instead of having Brussel sprouts). I mentioned I am vegetarian and specifically asked that there be no sausage in my broccoli rabe, it was delivered with sausage. We sent it back. Then we were told it’s all made together so ok I said nevermind. Then 30 minutes later broccoli rabe came out w no sausage. ?? It was made with jalapeños and banana peppers and was so spicy we couldn’t eat it. The garlic bread on the supposed-to-be-but-tasted-nothing-like-it penne vodka was insanely salty and also couldn’t be eaten."

"I went and visited Uberbrew and had a blast! This place has great food and great beer, but the best part was the service. Our server was very well engaged, didn’t make us feel rushed, but also didn’t feel like she was checking in every 2 minutes, it was just right. I have to say, the General Manager Austin, does a great job. He came around to help the staff rather than doing what I usually see general managers do, which is stand around and bark orders. His team, though they were busy, kept it tidy. They responded well and kept calm, everything stayed clean and organized. Such a professional operation and Austin even stepped in to help serve and bus tables, and I think I even saw him in the kitchen for a short period. I feel like this amazing experience is not common when visiting a small local restaurant, so it’s definitely worth stopping by if you get the chance!"

"Food was outstanding! Nice country music playing college football on the TVs 2 stars only. Everything else was horrible! They had an 86 B on their inspection so we hesitated but gave them a shot. Our waitress was Jordan. She gave very minimal attention but we still left a tip. We noticed other waitresses giving really good service, so, I 'll just leave that right there! After 30 mins waiting no food or word from her, we were ready to leave but decided to wait 5 more mins. When the food came out 2 mins later, nothing was hot... everything was lukewarm so we figured while the 3 fams that came in after us were getting served, our food must have been sitting under a warmer. But the food was still delish. The restaurant itself was dirty. There was trash on the floor and they tried to 1st seat us in the back in a very small booth so we asked for a table which they then gave us one where the seats were dirty and there was a big puddle of fluid under 2 of the chairs. Hopefully it was soda or water but we weren 't sure. The 3rd table was acceptable but we had to wipe it down as it was somewhat cleaned but not well. The furniture in the bathrooms and restaurant are old and really need replacing. The toilets have film peeling off the seats (they are in the Home Depot parking lot so that can be an easy fix! and the vanity top has a giant crack hopefully no one cuts themselves. We enjoyed the food so if we ever return, it will be for takeout only."

"I really enjoy the revamped version of Buffalo. I wasn't a fan of the previous menu or layout of the restaurant before it was rebuilt. On my recent visit with a friend for lunch, I tried the grouper special with house-made chips, and it was excellent! The grouper was well-seasoned and cooked to perfection, and the chips were served fresh as soon as I started eating. The house-made tartar sauce complemented both the chips and the grouper wonderfully. This has definitely become one of my new favorite lunch spots!"

"UPDATE: 5/28/2024: My friends and I went here for lunch, as we do every couple of months. My friend requested the server give her a paper bill. Her bill came to a little over $13, so my friend handed the server a $20. The server asked if she needed change. DUH! She brought her change, but shorted her 24 cents. My friend asked her about it. Her reply…”Oh, we don’t do coins.” We spoke to the manger and he said that is not their policy. It would appear the server had a case of ‘sticky fingers’. Be watchful so you don’t get short-changed, too! UPDATE: 5/21/2024: I absolutely detest the new ordering and payment system. It’s on a handheld device. When you pay, the server stands there and it’s uncomfortable to put in the tip with them right there. UPDATE 1/2024: Went there tonight for dinner. Absolutely terrible service. Our waitress basically ignored us. Then, since my husband was in the military, we have always been thrilled to enjoy a 30% on our entire bill. Tonight, Chris, the manager informed us that has all changed. Now, we only get 25% off my husband’s entree. That’s one reason we’ve been faithful patrons for so many years. We are beyond disappointed, especially during these times with such high inflation. Been coming to Buffalos for a lot of years…it’s our go-to place. There’s a new waitress named Chloe. Gives great service, but her personality…WOW. Maybe dial it back just a bit."

"The rooms are excellent. However, the bar/restaurant can be inconsistent. They often run out of food. If you're considering mixed drinks, I wouldn't recommend them as you might not get what you expect. It's better to stick with beers and shots. Overall, I would rate the rooms a 4, the service a 1, and the location a 4. One notable highlight of the hotel is its quiet atmosphere."

"I get that it's a dive bar, so you can't expect luxury. But when it's 106 degrees outside and they don't have a functioning air conditioner, it really makes the visit unbearable. I've been here many times, and the bartenders and entertainment have always been excellent, but it's hard to enjoy anything when I’m sitting there drenched in sweat."
