"Hi Casella! I’ve been a regular customer, but I was quite disappointed with my recent order. I waited over 60 minutes for my sandwich, and when I called, it didn’t seem to be a big concern. I ordered an Italian chicken sandwich, but what I received was a huge bread roll with very little filling—just two small pieces of chicken and a few potatoes, and I didn’t even get the sausage I requested. Honestly, it wasn’t worth the wait at all!"

I ordered the prime rib, which was cooked to perfection, while my partner enjoyed the Southern Fried Chicken, which was juicy and tender. Overall, the experience was fantastic! "We aren't big eaters, but we appreciate a good menu and are willing to pay for quality food. W. Medford is new to us, so we were excited to try their offerings. While our food was tasty, the portions were much smaller than we expected. It's a shame because a small side dish would have really enhanced the main items we ordered. Additionally, the tiramisus were excessively sweet, and we ended up throwing them away."
