"I waited over an hour and a half for food that was pretty mid at best, when it got there we didn’t get silverware so we had to wait another 10 minutes to get it, the server who said he was going to grab silverware went out and started talking to some other people and a different guy came out and grabbed our stuff."

"My husband and I loved eating here! There was no wait at about 430 pm on a Friday night. They were starting to set up live music but we finished our dinner before we got to stay for it. My husband got the country fried steak, fried okra and mac n cheese and said it was great. I got the ribs, mac n cheese and red beans and rice. They were phenomenal, the ribs were cooked perfectly, the mac n cheese and red beans and rice had great flavor. We got gumbo to split before our meals and it was delicious as well. Our waitress was very nice, checked on us, and got us everything we needed. We’ll definitely be coming back here!"

"I went with a group for a birthday. It was the worst service any of us had ever experienced. Our waiter only took a couple of drink orders and then left for more than 20 minutes before we checked in to take the rest of the table order. For the food we had to tell him that we had to order. Then he took 4 orders, went away and didn't come back. When we got him to come back after telling several other workers we needed to complete the order, he forgot that he had taken the first few orders. He finally took a few more orders and went, again not to every person at the table. It took 2 hours in total and the food came out at all different times. We were all honestly very confused about what was happening throughout our dinner."

"This place was super cute and I loved that they decor and themes were all new and retro. The food was pretty good and had great portions but the level of service was horrible. out waiter was extremely slow to the point where we all were going to just goto the bar. They did not have some things on tap listed in the menu and his attitude just really sucked. This made the total experience not great at all, as we were looking forward to using this place a a regular visit since we live in the neighborhood but will most likely never go again or recommend it. I do hope that it does well!"

"We arrived for our 9:15 reservation on Friday, only to be informed by the hostess that they no longer accept reservations for Friday or Saturday evenings. Even after showing her our confirmation from OpenTable, she replied, “I’m sorry, but we frequently change our policies.” It’s worth noting that the night before, during check-in at the hotel, we stopped by Azure for a bite and a drink, where we also confirmed our Friday reservation with the hostess. Although we were seated, it took the server 20 minutes to come to our table, and when they finally did, we were told it was too late to order food—just five minutes late. As a result, we ended up without any food on a Friday night. Aside from the view, I wouldn’t say that Azure is the best dining spot in the city."
