"We have frequented Rock Bottom several times over the past 3 years, considering it our go-to restaurant. However, we have recently stopped going as the quality of the food (often boiled, overcooked, too salty, etc.) seemed to have declined. Despite this, we decided to give it another shot and have been pleasantly surprised by the improved food quality. Unfortunately, the service is still lacking, with slow and inattentive waitstaff. It appears that they have assigned too many tables per server, as it takes a long time for them to take drink orders and even longer for them to return for meal orders. While they do check in after the meal to verify orders, they are not seen again until it is time to ask for the check."
