"Today, we received Voo Doo BBQ at work from a vendor. I want to start by saying that it smelled amazing, and everything looked fantastic. I tried the chicken, which was very well-seasoned and grilled to perfection. However, the pulled pork was a bit dry, even with the BBQ sauce. It had a strong smoky flavor, but any additional seasoning was overpowered by the smoke. I didn't try anything else because some of the dishes didn't look very appetizing. The cornbread, for example, was inconsistent in texture; it was between moist and very dry. It reminded me of rolls from Texas Roadhouse, which are typically soft and moist inside, but this cornbread was dry and crumbly in the middle, like it was missing something."
