"This restaurant is located next to a Thai establishment, and I was somewhat disappointed because I had made a reservation for the Japanese side but ended up seated in the Thai section due to a lack of availability at Yanako. Nevertheless, the food was outstanding. The portion sizes were smaller than what I've encountered at some other places, but considering the location, they seemed reasonable. I ordered takoyaki and a sushi/sashimi platter for two. The takoyaki came with just four pieces, but they had the perfect crunch and were wonderfully soft and flavorful. The seafood was incredibly fresh, and I really enjoyed the rolls, which were filled generously. However, I did find the sashimi portions to be a bit on the small side."
