"My husband and I had reserved a table for 6:30 we didn’t get our food until after 7:30! Yes we waited a hour and no waitress came to our table . Finally we stopped a young man name Arthur and he took our order, he did apologize for us having to wait so long. He was really nice and we weren’t his table but he took care of us. Now I ordered the snow crab leg bag and my husband the red fish. My husband said his food was good but mine wasn’t. The crab legs weren’t fresh they had a very nasty after tases. The manager name Mike came out and replaced my food and our drinks. The food I received the second time was a lot better still not great. But I can’t say enough good things about the manager and Arthur they made what was about to become a bad night a very pleasant one. We also had the crab bites, now they were really really fresh and delicious. The band came later in the evening playing good music and I enjoyed them a lot. The selection of songs was right on point because there was a mixed crowd and everyone seemed to be enjoying themselves. So at the end of it all we had a really nice experience at the Crab Spot and I would recommend going on a Saturday evening when there’s live music. The drinks were good but I wouldn’t recommend you ordering the snow crab legs if you know good seafood. The manager Mr. Mike went above and beyond to make sure we had a good experience. I will be returning for the crab cake bites and drinks and entertainment ."

"I ordered a Persuasion Stir-fry bowl with salmon for my brother, and he really enjoyed it. I chose the Egg Foo Yung Bowl with salmon and fajita vegetables for myself, which was tasty but overloaded with black olives. Black olives in a stir-fry? It also bore no resemblance to Egg Foo Yung whatsoever! Every bite was overpowered by the flavor of black olives. While that was unfortunate, it wasn’t a total deal-breaker for me. However, I had ordered a stir-fry bowl with salmon for my sister, who cannot eat eggs, and I specifically requested in the notes that there should be no egg in the fried rice. Unfortunately, her dish was full of eggs. As a result, she ended up having guacamole, chips, and cereal for dinner instead. I also ordered Strawberry Lemonade, Peach Lemonade, chips and guacamole, and sweet potato fries. The sweet potato fries were hot and fresh but coated in sugar, which was unappetizing. The chips and guacamole were okay, and the strawberry lemonade was acceptable. However, the Peach Lemonade didn’t taste or look like peach; it seemed like it had just a hint of peach flavor, possibly from canned peach syrup or a splash of peach nectar mixed into the lemonade. It was more lemonade syrup than anything else. When I contacted the restaurant about the mistake, the person on the phone told me, “We don’t do notes.” They suggested I should have skipped the fried rice and just ordered brown rice. When I asked how a first-time customer would know that, the blame shifted to me. If you consider ordering from this place, be cautious. There’s no clarity about what you’re actually getting. The restaurant claims to offer Mexican and Latin cuisine, yet they serve stir-fry, which I initially thought was a fusion concept. Instead, it was just confusing. I will not be ordering from here again. The food itself isn’t the main issue; it’s the unacceptable and dismissive customer service. I can overlook mistakes if the restaurant takes accountability and offers solutions, but that was not the case here. This is simply unacceptable. I believe customer service is as important as the value for my money and the quality of the food. Unfortunately, this restaurant failed miserably in two out of three areas. What a disappointment!"
