"Fusion is inside the Sheraton. It's normally a great restaurant with great food. This time, we went for Virginia Beach Restaurant Week 2015, so the menu was not their regular stuff. This menu was iffy. There was one slice of soggy fried green tomato under the salad. The Lamb burger was undercooked and greasy. The Dark rum apple sauce that accompanied the beignets tasted like baby food. The Poutine was delicious (although it was more chili fries than poutine). The Chicken and waffles were also delicious. The Grilled PB&J was interesting. I would recommend sticking to their regular menu. Definitely try their Bison meatloaf; regular meatloaf is gross compared to this stuff (heaven)!"
