The meat is amazing, tender, juicy and flavorful. It comes on aslightly toasted seeded roll. The roll holds up to a lot of juice. The cheese was melted on top very nicely. I would describethis as an elegant traditional cheesesteak. Great balance of flavors. It was very easy to eat. Our bartender, I?m 98% sureher name is Vicki (she?s from Pittsburgh) was fabulous. The sweet potato tater tots were Super-freaking-amazingly-stupendous."
