"After placing our main order, our food arrived quickly and was served hot. I tried the blackened chicken sandwich, which was inspired by Louisiana cuisine. It was different from what I expected, featuring a spicy, red seasoning that made the chicken both flavorful and juicy. I had assumed the chicken would be darker from the seasoning, but it was grilled nicely. I also opted for a side salad, which was fresh, crispy, and paired wonderfully with a fantastic homemade ranch dressing.
However, when we requested salt and pepper, we received just three tiny packets, which was quite underwhelming (see attached photo). My husband ordered the hot wings, which were fresh and hot, but lacked in terms of spiciness. They were boiled and not grilled, so he didn’t finish them.
Our server, whose name I regretfully didn’t catch, was fantastic. She attended to our needs seamlessly and was by far the best server we've had in a while. She definitely earned a generous tip!"
