"I don't even know where to start. I picked up my food at 6:21pm after ordering around 6pm or shortly after. It was quite a quick turnaround for supposedly authentic Italian cuisine, but I'll give it a chance - if it ever arrives. The delivery came at 6:43pm and my build-your-own pasta wasn't hot at all. I didn't receive the extra sauces or chicken that I paid for. The breadsticks tasted like they were from the frozen aisle, and the marinara sauce was similar to a generic grocery store brand - two thumbs down. Moving on to the salad, I received the correct one but there was no dressing or extra dressing that I paid for. The toppings on the lettuce were uneven. I was very disappointed and will not be eating at this restaurant again, and I'm not sure if I want to try any of their other locations. Good luck to anyone else who decides to dine at this establishment."
