"I came to Barzolas this past Sunday and left extremely disappointed. I arrived at around 6:30p.m to be greeted by the hostess and taken to my table, there were other patrons at this time but I wouldn’t say it was a busy evening. I have come here in the past and would say even though I like the food the service has always been slow. Unfortunately, this past Sunday, service never came. We waiting for over a half an hour the waiter never even came to offer my table some water, I even switched tables to see if they notice our presence but continue to get ignored. After another 10 minutes or so of waiting, decided to get up and go. Ended up going to Bad Habits down the block in which although it wasn’t the kind of food I was in a mood for, their service made my experience much enjoyable. I will now think twice before coming in to barzolas."
