"While Falley has a fun atmosphere, every other part of the dining experience was pretty horrendous, and it seems they are just not prepared staffing-wise to serve brunch.After ordering at 1pm, we did not receive our food until an hour and a half later, and what we got literally made our group laugh out loud. The cinnamon buns were straight out of a Pillsbury can, and not even cooked all the way. I am shocked they even served the avocado toast, which looked like they thinly spread expired Sabra guacamole over white toast, with overcooked eggs on top. To their credit, they did make another version that looked much better. Drink service was also very slow, according to the waitress they ran out of glasses.They are clearly understaffed and overwhelmed, which is understandable post-COVID, but the management needs to make some adjustments with that in mind, because the brunch is currently a very bad dining experience that makes people not want to return."
