"When I requested to swap my six small ox tails for the same meal that the other gentleman had, the staff added the two sides I asked for, but only included two additional ox tails on top of the ones I had already ordered. I pointed out that they were asking me for $25.86 for half the amount of food that the other customer received. I then asked to speak with their father, but was dismissively told, “he’s not available!” After leaving and trying to call again, I was again informed, “he’s still not available,” and then the call was abruptly ended!
Frustrated, I exclaimed, "TO HELL WITH THOSE JAMAICANS, THEIR DAD, AND THEIR (6) BONES!" During my 20-minute wait, while six other customers were served before me, I watched as they piled food onto their tables, likely totaling over $300. Good for them, but they lost one customer that day—me! Losing even a single customer adds up over time, and I cannot tolerate such blatant unfairness!"
