"Customer service is good for the most part, but I keep have issues with my food after I leave. When I ask for something I expect to get what I am paying for. The first time I had a problem I requested a sandwich that came with avocado, but when I got back to my office there was no avocado. I called and was told they were out of avocado and that is why it wasn't on my sandwich. Something I should have been told upon ordering the sandwich and I would have changed my mind. Today, I went in initially for a cheese pizza because I didn't want to walk in the rain to Subway. I explained to the gentleman that I was pescatarian and he suggested the shrimp and grits. I get back to my office to find only 2 shrimp on a plate that I just paid almost $11 for $10.74 to be exact). I would have just stuck with the pizza if that was the case. This is misleading and extremely disappointing. Just make sure your customers are actually getting what they pay for."
