"My recent experience at this establishment was disappointing to say the least, despite having dined here numerous times without incident. On this occasion, we ordered a half-pound of pulled pork to-go, only to discover upon arriving home that we had been given sliced pork instead. Who orders just sliced pork?? This was very frustrating as sliced pork was not what we ordered or expected. Fortunately, after contacting the restaurant, they corrected the mistake and provided the correct order, which we appreciated. However, I strongly recommend that others carefully review their to-go orders before leaving to ensure accuracy. Although the error was rectified, this experience was less than satisfactory, and I have adjusted my rating accordingly."
