"I really wanted to enjoy this place, but unfortunately, it didn't meet my expectations. I ordered the Novalicious for $20 along with a bacon, egg, and cheese. The bread was as hard as a rock, making it difficult to chew. The cream cheese was spread unevenly, and the bagel was so oversized that taking a bite was a struggle. When I did manage to bite into it, all the cream cheese just got pushed back onto the paper. The cucumbers were sliced incredibly thick, which was overwhelming and took up too much space on the bagel, so I ended up removing them. Additionally, the smoked salmon lacked any flavor or seasoning. Overall, the taste of the bagel was disappointing."
