"Normally I would rate Froggy’s with 5 stars as my husband and I are long time patrons and love their food, However, tonight I have to give the place one star for service. After waiting about 10 minutes in line (my husband and I were at the front with no one else in line) Imoved a bit closer to the front edge of the counter to catch the attention of the young woman working at the counter tonight. She was taking a phone order the second I had watched while waiting in the line. She put down the phone and instead of professionally and politely stating something to the effect of “sorry about the wait, I will take your order shortly” she said “step back” and from her body language it was clear she wanted my husband and I to leave. When employees makecustomers feel unwelcome itmakes me sad. Went to a different restaurant. Not sure when we will be back."
