"I've been coming to Chuck E. Cheese with my family for a while, but my recent visit was disappointing. We spent $18 on a wing platter that was supposed to serve six, but it turned out to be just 16 chicken nuggets labeled as wings, covered in a mix of hot and sweet sauce. The pizza was also poor—very thin crust with cheese that tasted like cheap string cheese, and we waited 20 minutes for it. In total, we spent over $60 for three people. The prices keep rising, and it’s becoming less enjoyable for parents. With limited seating and slow service serving subpar food, I don’t plan to return. We came for the kids, but honestly, going to the movies would have been a better option."

"tldr: chuck e cheese is good again. you should go. clean and the games work. e got an upgrade when I was a child. they have playing cards and the prizes are good (see attached picture) they can play with the minute or through games. it is operated in the ground by teenagers, but they are quite good. eating is decent and they have a gluten-free pizza option. the bathrooms are clean and so is the arcade etage. if they have littles, they can actually buy prices. so they can go ham and they can spend points plus 5 dollars to get something sweet for them. they also have chuck E appearances, but it's not over. try them."

"Hello , we brought the grandkids to this Chuckie Cheese in Monroeville, and it was a great experience! Pizza and salad bar were very good. The restaurant was pretty much immaculate , even the restrooms ! We went in the middle of the day , on a weekday , and had the whole place to ourselves....The kids had a great time , running around afterwards and playing games ... it was a little pricey for us , when you add the total of food and game card .....Would I go back ? Maybe ..for a special occasion, with grandkids .. Do I recommend going to this CC...Sure !,The young lady and young man in charge were awesome! So very nice to us and the kids! They were doing a great job , always busy with something, checking machines , preparing new silverware , and restocking salad bar ... This store, is a great place, to take your kids ! "Can you believe Chuck E. Cheese has been around since the 1970s? I'm not certain how long this location has been open, but it certainly meets all the criteria for what any child desires in an arcade. The era of coin-operated machines is behind us; now, with just a tap of a card, you can dive into whatever game or ride you like. It's impressive how many kids and parties they can handle! There’s plenty of parking available, although it can get quite busy!"

"This restaurant is a fun place to take children with many games available. While I miss the old ticket system, the new card system is easier to manage. They offer unlimited play for different time intervals and have a points system. I prefer using a point card for younger children as it seems more worthwhile, while a time card may be better for older kids. The pizza here is really good and the food prices reflect good quality. The staff is always friendly and attentive. I'm glad the restaurant has made it through the pandemic and continues to provide a great experience. They offer birthday party hosting and tickets never expire, allowing them to be redeemed for toys or cotton candy at the counter. Overall, it's a great spot for family fun."

"I recently revisited this location for the first time in quite some time, taking my son to celebrate his birthday. They made everything straightforward and enjoyable. Although the service could have been a bit better, the staff was mostly friendly and accommodating. Our food took a little while to arrive, and I felt the portion sizes were somewhat small. If I decide to order again, I would certainly get more dishes. Hosting the party there was a wonderful experience, and I will definitely consider returning in the future. Overall, we had a fantastic time; it was fun and stress-free, with no messy cleanup afterward. I would highly recommend this place!"

"My experience and expectations for this Chucky cheese location was beyond belief! The employee here by the name of Eddie was incredible he went above and beyond for my family. It was my daughter 3rd birthday and he superseded me and my wife's expectations. I wish I can give that brotha 10 stars because my daughter had a ball and enjoyed herself to the fullest. Eddie needs to be recognized and given some type of compensation for his natural customer service and his knowledge on making it easier for us parents. Very much appreciated and we'll come again in the near future. Hopefully cooperate See's this and reaches out to Eddie to commend his efforts and work. Thank you Chucky cheese Lakewood location! "We had a great time. A couple of the games took my tokens and I'm sure if I'd said something that they would of been replaced but me and my son were having such fun i didn't even worry with it. I have to say though maybe it's just me but I miss the old way of having the cup full of tokens and having to put them in the machines opposed to just tapping a card. Kind of takes the real feel out of it for me. He didn't mind at all but thats only because he doesn't know how it was before. Anyhow; great time, great fun and great environment to get to be a kid again with your loved ones....or alone I guess but that may seem kinda creepy lol"

"My daughters and I had a great time yesterday spent 4 hours there wasn’t super busy! Love that they use card passes now instead of tokens! We paid for 90 mins of play time and after about 30 mins we noticed their cards were showing number of games so the staff was super helpful on their mistake and credited my daughters an extra half hour of playtime! Pizza was out in 10 mins and was so good!! Look forward to going back!!"
