"I participated in a group tour called Honor Flights, which I highly recommend to all veterans from World War II and beyond, at this Hilton Hotel. The breakfast featured a standard self-service buffet with items like sausages, bacon, and scrambled eggs. It was pleasant, but nothing remarkable. We didn’t have lunch at the hotel. Dinner consisted of hearty dishes (chicken breast one night and short ribs the next), but there were no other options available. Again, nothing exceptional, except for the desserts—cheesecake and cherry pie—both of which were quite good. The first night included table service, while the second was a buffet. Alcoholic beverages were not included in the meal. While it’s not a destination for an exciting dining experience, keep in mind that this was a group event with limited meal choices, so it’s hard to judge what a regular restaurant meal would be like. In terms of prices, it appears to be somewhat pricey, but given its proximity to Washington, DC, which is known for high prices, that’s not surprising."
