"Yesterday was my Anniversary, I decided to try a different place. We walked up to El Torito west covina, It was happy hour. We didn't want the happy hour tacos only the drinks. I explained that to the Hotesses, so they handed me 2 menus nd told me to takea sit anywhere nd to enjoy ourselves. We decided to sit at a booth right across fron the taco station. A guy all in black camend said u can't sit here, this is only for the restaurant. Since u are here for happy hour it's on that side of the bar only.Unfortunately that wasn't explain to us when we first came in, We were told to sit anywhere, so we did. We were a little upset,had to walk back to the bar area. Which didn't have any booths, I guess. Our waitress was on point, the food was good. Thedrinks were great, we were feeling better by than. I stepped into the restroom, it was awful. There was trash everywhere, evenbloody papers on the floor in 1 of the bathroom stalls. There was no sit coverings nd hardly any toilet paper. If this is howthere restroom looks, I can just Imagine their kitchen. We certainly will not be coming back or recommending this particular ELTorito!!!!"
