The best part is they use uncured meat in many cases so you can skip the unhealthy preservatives!Knowing you're supporting a family business, and not a megacorporarion, is also huge plus. It can be a bit more expensive than other Italian spots, but it's always worth it, and they have a rewards program where you can get free entrees or desert.p.s.
