"We had the pleasure of attending a special event featuring Phil Rosenthal, where the menu consisted of recipes inspired by his latest book. The standout dish was the Crowned Green Melt, which became the talk of the town and arguably our favorite item. The Pink Pad Thai was exceptional—packed with flavor, just the right amount of heat, and it might have spoiled my friend, as it was his first experience with Pad Thai, making it hard for him to try anything else now. The quesadillas were even better than homemade, and I found myself wanting more! The dessert was perfection; the brownie had the ideal chocolate richness and an excellent flavor. The staff at Caldo Verde was incredibly friendly, attentive, and quick to respond. Being a special event night, I anticipated it would be busy, but the team was well-prepared, ensuring everything arrived at our table without a hitch. I truly love the ambiance of this restaurant—it's perfect for a date night!"
