"We've ordered from Roma multiple times and have always been satisfied, but today was a different story. We ordered a jumbo shrimp platter with fries, breaded mushrooms, and a ham and cheese sub with extra meat. The total for the meal, including tip, came to $54. Unfortunately, the sub was quite disappointing; it had very little meat, and the "ham" tasted terrible—more like ham bologna. For $13.98, I received just five small butterfly shrimp and a small portion of fries. I'm not sure what's happening with Roma, but I don't think I'll be ordering from them again."

"I ordered a gold fever wrap. I received a chicken caesar wrap.I called the establishment and told them the issue and all they did was argue with me and refuse to give me a refund. I then asked if they would send out another. They ended up sending me outANOTHER chicken Caesar wrap. Here is the proof. I could not eat the food because Cesar makes me sick and it was bad enough thatI already took a bite and they would not give me a refund. You should never order from this company. "If i could put 0 stars I would. Customer service is horrible, which i never knew due to ordering on door dash or this place would have never gotten my business. I placed an order and called 30 seconds later to change the size, they told me it couldn’t be changed. Ok. I show up, they told me they didn’t make the pizza because they didn’t think i would show up?? This was half hour to closing time so could be the reason why… employees were standing around doing nothing. Said there is no manager around until next week; maybe that’s the problem. do not recommend steak cheese, cheese has weird after taste. would recommend chicken tenders, which is easy not to mess up. went from ordering 2-3 times a week to never again and will NOT be recommending to anyone again."

"The flounder sandwich is absolutely delicious. The flounder is cooked to perfection, and the toppings elevate the sandwich to another level. The combination salad is so generous that it will last me for three meals, and everything in it is fresh and tasty. The french fries are fried just right—crispy but not too hard or too soft. The banana pudding and pies are some of the best desserts I've ever had. I also really enjoyed the broccoli bites. I’ve always been very pleased with everything I've ordered from Bravo Pizza II."

"I strongly advise against supporting this restaurant! I went in today to try their wings, which I've been eager to taste after hearing so many positive reviews. It was a Friday night around 6:30 PM when we arrived, only to find out that the kitchen was closed. Why? They claimed they were too busy, so they just chose to close up shop. This seems to happen frequently, according to what I've heard. It’s simply laziness at the expense of many customers' dinners, especially since this place is one of only a few in town. This also might explain their high prices. Honestly, our town has a Dollar General, a Stewart's, and this restaurant, so it looks like I'm stuck with frozen pizza tonight. Thanks for nothing, John! I'm sure your business will thrive after consistently inconveniencing customers!"

"We ordered for my birthday dinner was totally disappointed. The Mac cheese looked nothing like the picture, it's supposed to of had a white cheese sauce bacon crumbles. What I got was orange colored smelled tasted awful. It tasted and looked like someone dumped shredded cheese on cooked noodles...there wasn't much sauce about it. And the bacon was pre cooked microwave bacon, definitely not cooked bacon and was slimy and greasy, but I guess that was the highlight of the dish because it didn't have any other flavor going for it. The manager/owner wasn't much help insisted it was made correctly, but again, not what is pictured he kept saying the bacon was cut thin cooked with the macaroni in the pizza oven. Which is great, wonderful, whatever....but it still had the consistency of pre cooked bacon. All that was offered was a new tray of Mac and cheese. No thanks, one was plenty bad enough. Definitely not worth $50 for this meal, I won't be wasting my money on it again. I attached pictures to show what I got vs what they picture."

"To be honest, the food at this restaurant was pretty good. I have no complaints about the quality of the food. However, I had an issue with the pricing when I placed my order over the phone. I ordered 2 large specialty pizzas for $16 each, as stated on both their website menu and their Facebook page, and a side of onion rings for $8. The total came out to be over $49. As I was driving to pick up my order, I realized that the total should have been $40. I questioned the price discrepancy when I arrived to pick up my food. The person assisting me called their manager and they apologized, stating that the prices had gone up and that the menu on their sites was old. It is unacceptable to advertise one price on both your website and Facebook page, then charge a higher price and claim that the menu you use is outdated. They did not even offer to honor the advertised price. This behavior is sketchy and unethical. It is common practice in business to honor your own advertised prices. Despite the good food, I would not recommend this restaurant as there are others that are just as good or better and do not engage in this type of behavior. "I've visited this restaurant, and the food made by the owner was fantastic. However, my experience with delivery was disappointing. I was on the other side of town and assumed they didn't deliver, so I ordered through DoorDash. To my surprise, DoorDash mentioned that the restaurant manages its own delivery. Unfortunately, the food arrived 40 minutes late and was cold and undercooked. When I called to express my concerns, the owner didn't seem to care. I'm in town for a while and won't be ordering from here again, which is unfortunate because I prefer to support local businesses. But I can't recommend this one."

"This is June 14 because Michele bought a groupon. Wow! The family meal was $26.95. The pizza was gigantic, the wings delicious, the cheese bread was perfection. People worked super friendly. "If I could give less than one star I absolutely would. This was close to our hotel, therefore the most logical option to take the kids to after a long day. We had not a problem waiting the 45 minutes for a table on a wedsday night and just sat at our hotel lobby for the wait. Once we were seated the true joy began. Our waitress didn't even approach our table of two adults and a young 1.5 year old and 6 year old until after 25 minutes of being seated. I'm all for needing a break but 25 minutes of nothing and our table is approached by a woman smelling of a freshly smoked Seneca, cool, strike one on the long wait. After ordering our drinks and food it was an additional twenty minutes until the waitress could finally bring 2 out of the 4 drinks ordered, only the adult beverages came. While looking out for our waitress an additional 15 minutes Go by and someone from the kitchen brings our food out, which was so incredibly dry I'm pretty sure the heat lamp took what would have been the Alfredo sauce and somehow dissipated it into the air because when it came to me it was nonexistent. However luckily I had 4 dried up tomato half's to really moisturize the dish. After then finding an additional waitress, because well who knows where ours was, we were finally able to get the kids their drinks. You would think, what could possibly make this experience better am I right? I got to wait an additional 15 minutes after receiving the bill just to be able to pay what was owed because our waitress finally came back around and grabbed it I'm sure after another elongated smoke break. Do yourself a favor, go anywhere else."
