"I recently visited Bearno's Pizza on Dixie Highway, and unfortunately, my experience was less than satisfactory. When I called to inquire about delivery to my address, the girl who answered, wearing glasses, told me they didn’t deliver to my location. So, I decided to go in. However, while I was waiting, I asked again and was informed that they do indeed deliver to my address.
When I received my pizza, it was overcooked and didn’t have the extra cheese I had requested. I should have checked it before leaving, but I was in a hurry to get home. I really can’t afford to waste money on less-than-great pizza. In comparison, Papa John’s is far better, and with them, I definitely would have received the extra cheese I ordered.
This location feels nothing like any other Bearno's I've been to, and honestly, the young staff seemed too inexperienced to be serving alcohol. If you’re looking for burnt, dry pizza, this is the place for you. I definitely won’t be returning! Also, I attempted to upload a picture of the pizza, but the site wouldn't allow it."
