"I genuinely wanted to enjoy this place, especially since I have a fondness for family-owned restaurants—chain eateries can be so dull. Unfortunately, I found this one quite disappointing. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger, but the burger patty was incredibly thin and failed to fill the large bun. The burger-to-bun ratio was completely off, and to make matters worse, it wasn’t even hot. The same went for my fries. Despite the claim that everything is cooked to order, my meal was lukewarm. There was absolutely no flavor in the fries; not even a sprinkle of salt. The burger also lacked taste. The fries did come with a pleasant dipping sauce, but it didn’t help much since they were cold. Although the food didn’t meet my expectations, the staff was very friendly. However, I honestly don’t see myself returning to pay for another disappointing meal."
