"I had an unfortunate experience with my Uber Eats order. The order was incorrect, so I returned it for a full refund. When I took the sandwich back into the restaurant, I had already touched it with my bare hands. Before I left, Uber Eats asked for a photo, and I had already walked out. When I went back to ask if they had discarded the sandwich, I was shocked to see that it had been rewrapped for the next customer.
The young woman at the counter handed me the sandwich for a picture, and as soon as I got it, I unwrapped it again and handled it in the turnstile area. After taking the photo, I returned the sandwich, and it was wrapped up once more and placed in the heater for another customer. Concerned about the situation, I called 311 and reported it to Uber Eats. This establishment’s practices are quite disturbing."
