"This is one of the best Chinese sitting or taking restaurants in the area! Give him a rare 5-star rating from me. You have consistently great tasting typical dishes. Fresh and very timely prepared. The decor inside is a bit dated, but always clean and it is a backdrop to which people actually had time to sit and eat. Speaking of fact, I highly recommend for lunch or a nice dinner. It is well lit with a huge window. They offer all kinds of food and they only have everything you can imagine. The staff is friendly and very efficient. Cons: You can order online (the only knock over the system there is no way to adjust your order when you go this route) Parking here is hard to come and you may need to park a little bit away on foot. But it's not the worst thing I saw on Monday closed, but I respect the fact that they give the employees and workers time. Overall, this is a very good place to eat and I highly recommend it. I forgot the prices are very fair for what you get!"

"Order at counter, pay and the robot will bring the food to you. This is nice when you don’t feel like talking. The food comes out really fast. Regarding the food, the portion is good but the Dragon Phoenix is almost cold and I’ve definitely had better sesame chicken. The sushi is just OK I should order the specialties next time. It’s good that we have 2 bowls of soup which are at least warm and filling. The milk tea is quite good. Overall this might be an ordering mishap. Because of the robot’s route I can see what others have ordered and everything looks better than ours. I will be back just for the tea and maybe try some other sushi entrees."

"We stopped at Pacific Rim while traveling from Memphis to Albuquerque, drawn in by the fantastic Google reviews. I can confidently say that the food is excellent for a commercial Chinese restaurant. My dad loved his sweet and sour chicken, I enjoyed my lettuce wraps, and my mom was pleased with her spicy fried tofu. The customer service was also commendable! Our server was very attentive, refilling our drinks and checking in on us several times to see if we needed anything. I’m delighted to say that everything—food, service, location, and the restaurant's appearance—was great. Our server definitely deserves a raise for being so outstanding!"

"Food is horrible and my wings were soggy. My chicken sandwich had the smallest piece of chicken I've ever seen in my life. My friend mushrooms tasted like dirt, which means they didn't clean them. This place will make make you sick. They're always arguing with customers and drunk people are always around when ordering food. The owner is so rude and nasty it's ridiculous. Stay away!!!! Unsafe!!!!"

"While some prices appeared to be on the higher side, I truly enjoyed everything I sampled. My friends and I appreciated the variety of Chinese and Japanese dishes, and we had a wonderful time. My personal highlight was the baked salmon atop delectable snow crab meat. The waitress was very friendly, and it was fascinating to watch the chef preparing sushi. The presentation of all the dishes we ordered was impressive, and I would definitely return whenever I’m in the area."

"Great food everytime I go here, But I have noticed lately I have been dealing with a man who is VERY RUDE and DEMANDS to have a tip. Then just because we have separate orders and separate cards your not satisfied with one tip from one person you think your suppose to get a tip from EVERYONE. YOUR ONLY 3-5 MINS AROUND THE STREET. SO $15 that you wanted was defiently going wayyyy over board.... it was damn near half of what the meals were all together they was about a little over $30. Not to mention you got one of the orders WRONG after we told you it wasn't right you just keep demanding a tip. And didn't care nor address the fact. How do you demand a certain amount that you want for a tip then say delivery isn't free!?!?! Well sir you need to put a delivery fee on just like pizza places and Uber eats do ahead of time cause a TIP IS JUST THAT and it's what we desire to give, not what you DEMAND!! This was my final straw I will take my services else where."

"This restaurant only offers drive-thru service. The menu is displayed outside, but there’s no intercom system, which makes ordering a bit more challenging. However, the communication is much better than at many other places. The food is incredibly fresh and prepared to order. The spices are well-balanced and not overpowering, unlike at many other establishments. Make sure to take the time to try out this place!"
