"I have eaten here several times through the years and have so many good memories. It used to be a great place to go. I gave it 4 stars because the food was really good, but everything else was not. The problem is with management because most of the staff is ill trained. The hostess sat us in one of many open tables, but the waitress in our section complained. It took 15 minutes to even be asked for our drink order, because our waitress was freaking out and apparently didn't realize she could take drink orders for more than one table at the time. Same thing with ordering food. It was shocking, as someone who used to wait tables, how many unnecessary trips she made instead of multitasking. Then, we along with other tables, had several dirty dishes piled on the end of our tables, and yet they busser stood off to the side until everyone was gone. Why not ask if the table is done with those dishes and go ahead and take them away? I really hope they improve in the future, because poor management, disrespect between employees, miscommunication, and lack of training is plaguing this restaurant."
