"We made a reservation for New Year 's Eve at 7PM. I put in a request to have a table by the window. We got there 10 minutes to 7 and there were two other groups of people there to be seated as well. At least one of them also had reservations at 7. We told the waitress our name, she confirmed our reservation, and asked us to wait a moment to be seated. No big deal. But then the other two groups in front of us were sat, along with several people who came in after us. I finally told another hostess that we were still waiting to be seated and asked again for a window seat. I told them we would wait a few extra minutes for a window table, that it was no big deal for us. But she sat us in the bar instead.... without menus, utensils or anything. The hostess did grab us cups of water and told us that our waitress was busy doing something in the back and would be with us in a moment. Over 20 minutes later, we still hadn 't seen our waitress (nor did anyone else in our section), our water cups were empty, still didn 't have any menus, and there was no sign of service in sight. The hostesses and other waitresses walked past us multiple times without acknowledging a thing. We got up and left. As we were walking out, the hostess said have a nice night . At least she said that?"
