"I did not want to post a review the day we went to this restaurant because I was really too upset to write about it. My husband and I decided to try this restaurant for the first time, even though we have lived in the valley for 15 years. We are Hispanic and this is the first time in the 15 years we have lived in this valley that we have felt discriminated. The hostess took us to our table almost immediately and she brought water. After that we waited for 10 minutes until the bartender came to our table and told us that he only had to sing happy birthday to a customer and he would be right back. That didn 't happen. He did attend to the other customers but did not come back to our table, even though my husband had order a drink when he came the first time. The drink came after another 10 minutes, but it was brought to him by another waiter. We waited at least 10 more minutes and since nobody came to take an order we stood up and started leaving. It was at that exact moment that the bartender followed us outside and started yelling at us that he was going to come to our table. I turned around and in a quiet voice told him that we could talk about it but instead of talking to me he walked away. Then he came back and asked me What do I do with your glasses? Do I throw them away? I thought he was talking about our water glasses and hesitated for a second. I then realized that he was talking about my reading glasses that were left on the table and came back to pick them up. In a quiet voice again I told him we could talk about this I do not want to make a scene. But instead he told me that he could 've just thrown my glasses away and walked away from me. He never acknowledged the fact that we had been waiting for a half hour, without any service. We felt extremely humiliated and thought that we had received that treatment because we are not white. I would 've loved to talk to a manager, but then I found out that he is the manager. Too bad! They lost two clients. However I can see they really can 't care less."

"I ordered a gluten-free Italian sandwich and cheese bread. Ready in 20mins. Unfortunately NOT ready in 20mins. The guy says I 'm working on a $400 order so they hadn 't started my order. I ask how much longer? He said, a few minutes . Then the guy wearing glasses behind him says no, It will take longer. I was clearly frustrated. I said so you said a few minutes now longer?! You guys have my phone , no call to say order will be delayed. In frustration I say, thanks !!! He responds sarcastically, your welcome . I LOST IT. I said wrong f 'ing answer! And I called him an ahole for his snarky remark.Then they both said, get the fxck outta here!(as if I 'm going to stick around to subject myself to anymore idiocy! Now granted, I redlined pretty quick. But if they had simply apologized and pro-bono 'd the order, it would have de-escalated the ordeal. Instead I get excuses and attitude. Times sure have changed! Cottage Inn, train your employees to resolve problems NOT escalate them. Then to boot, my wife called repeatedly to get them to refund the order, no answer! So yup, you guessed it, I had to go back in there and bite my tongue to get a refund! What a complete clown show.SMH"

"Many pizza places won’t deliver to my dad’s apartment because the building layout is quite confusing. However, my delivery driver went above and beyond by calling me for directions and insisted on making sure my food was delivered. Thanks to his efforts, both my dad and my girlfriend were very pleased. The staff I spoke with over the phone were also incredibly polite and friendly. I’d give this place a perfect 10/10 and would definitely come back again!"

And I’m not really a pizza person but if I find the place I’m gonna stick with it!! This is the pizza place you need to go to they have the BEST lasagna and their pizza is just perfectly made, 10/10 I swear this is the place to recommend I love this place!!! "I always get the Cuban. The first time there was legit no sauce at all on my pizza, and the second time I ordered went for pick up after waiting 45 minutes and they said they made my pizza but for some reason it wasn’t there, they went to remake it then said they didn’t have pickles. It just seems like everytime I order from there, there’s always something wrong. There’s a good 20% chance you get your order right."

"The atmosphere was awesome! Everyone was enjoying themselves. The server was amazing! She was so friendly and was on top of everything! We had garlic rolls and we each had a Philly sirloin cheesesteak! They were so big and delicious, but we ended up taking half of our food home. We will definitely be back! "My friend and I really enjoyed our meals at the Hershey Bistro. I had Grandma’s meatloaf which was outstanding! I never would have thought to put Swiss cheese and sautéed onions and mushrooms on meatloaf but it was a taste sensation paired with the bbq sauce, mashed potatoes and asparagus! Also delicious was the cookies and cream chocolate cream pie for dessert. The Hershey Bistro has a lovely ambience and it felt cozy on a cool fall evening. Our server was friendly and her timing was spot on! I will return and will recommend to others."

"I paid $3.50 for a smashed cookie, and I ordered a chicken pita for my mom. Unfortunately, the pita turned out to be very soggy and mushy. I also got a chicken Parmesan sub, but the chicken was old and soggy too. The quality of both items was lacking. It was clear that the food had been rushed. While it’s not the end of the world, I was definitely disappointed."

"Berzerkley has plenty of pizza spots, and I couldn't be happier about it! The pizza here is fantastic! I tried the chicken artichoke deep dish, and I can't wait to enjoy it again for breakfast and lunch. Plus, the Innstix are amazing! The staff was very friendly and helpful. "Excellent pizza and dinners, the pizzas are creative and taste excellent in the coal fired oven adds that special extra you look for when you venture into the old world method that has aged like fine wine. Being from Buffalo I am skeptical of thin pizza, this place finds a happy balance with premium toppings (legendary cup and char pepperoni) and delectable sauce and just the right cheese to bring it all together and the fast-but-thorough open fire brick oven does its job to perfection. Haven't tried many of the dinner options but the ones I have were excellent, I recommend the lasagna as it gets the same sweet(ish) Roma tomato sauce that graces the pizza and generous amounts of cheese, well worth the asking price! Definitely a reason to drive to Fayetteville, added bonus if you take out and park across the street under the bridge you have a shaded view of the creek, a perfect setting to enjoy your food while it's hot! IMO best pizza in cuse area!Parking: Under the bridge across the street"

"BEST PIZZA AND WINGS IN THE 518 and that’s no exaggeration!! Only place I order pizza from. Pizza is A1 quality, and wings are out of this world. Bone in wings and boneless. Can’t go wrong ordering either. Have been regular customer for 5+ years and it’s the only pizza I’ll order if I’m in charge of ordering!! "One of the nights while we were staying in the 1000 Islands we decided that we just wanted to grab a pizza and hang out at the Airbnb. We had a PieZano's menu sitting on the table when we checked in, so we figured they must have good pizza. We ordered the Asian Chicken pizza with hot honey, banana peppers and bacon, as well as an order of their garlic knots. The pizza was a hit! It was one of the better pizzas that I've had. It had a kick, but wasn't too spicy. The garlic knots were killer. All-in-all, PieZano's did not disappoint. We were very satisfied eating this pizza on the balcony, watching the waves hit the shore. We'll be back!"
