"The food here is absolutely fantastic. However, the woman at the front is incredibly rude. When I called in my order an hour ahead of time, she immediately asked if I would be willing to wait an additional 25 minutes for the tips to be finished. I agreed, but she responded with, "Are you sure?!" I confirmed that I was sure, placed my order, and arrived about 45 minutes later. At that point, she was at the window and told me my order wasn't ready, asking if I still wanted it. I replied that I would wait. After about 20 minutes, I checked on how much longer it would be. Her reaction was to accuse me of lying about my wait time, saying, "You've only been here for 20 minutes!" She became aggressive and started yelling at me. Thankfully, the cook, Eddie, came out from the back and was very apologetic, which helped avoid me asking for a refund and walking out. I think the management should be aware of the poor behavior from the person answering the phone and handling customer transactions—it was completely disrespectful for no reason. While I was waiting, I overheard her tell a customer on the phone that they were out of pork tips, yet she still took an order for a small pork tip from someone who walked in."
