"When I got there, I approached the counter and let the young lady know I was there for my order. She seemed a bit confused and apologized, saying she didn’t have any record of our call. With only her and one other person working, they were both quite busy. She sincerely apologized for the mix-up and offered to have the order ready in 15 minutes with no charge! I appreciated the gesture but insisted on paying for my order. She insisted it was their mistake and thanked me for my understanding.
Fifteen minutes later, I had my food, and she continued to express her gratitude and apologize for the error. I'm sorry I didn’t catch her name, but if I were a franchise owner, I would want someone like her running my business. Kudos to her and to this Godfather's location for having such a dedicated employee. I truly appreciate the experience, and the food was delicious!"
