"I have been to this Hibachi restaurant a few times and the food was decent. I liked the idea that I could simply sit in an area away from the Hibachi grills, since I don 't really care to watch the entertaining chefs cook my food. My wife and I went there around 7 pm tonight, hoping to eat some Hibachi grilled rice and teriyaki chicken at a regular table. The parking lot was half empty, so we were encouraged that the restaurant wouldn 't be too busy. When we entered the restaurant, we stood behind a woman who was in line with her three young children, waiting to be seated at a Hibachi table. We all stood in front of the hostess stand, watching as several restaurant employees walked by not even acknowledging our presence. After more than 10 minutes, the woman with the kids reminded one of the passing employees that she was waiting for a Hibachi table for over 10 minutes. He simply nodded his head. Then she mentioned that the people behind her (us) only wanted to be seated at a regular table. With that, the older man (who looked like he was the owner or manager, since he was running the bar and cash register intermittently), said in an irritated voice, they 'll have to wait! With that, my wife and I turned around and walked out. We won 't be going back. As we left, I said to my wife, if this manager displays such rudeness in front of customers, it 's hard to imagine he cares about the cleanliness of the kitchen and how carefully the food is prepared. So yeah, we won 't be going back there."
