"We escaped the rain and decided to try something new in Sayville! The menu features many dishes inspired by New Orleans, which made us fall in love instantly (Gator tail, Jambalaya, roasted crab, etc.). We started with the dry-rubbed wings accompanied by their homemade buffalo sauce. The fried green tomatoes came with a unique sauce that was unforgettable! For our main courses, we opted for the specials (a big plus for us when dining out). I chose the lobster roll, served cold based on the bartender's recommendation, and my partner had the Mahi Mahi tacos, cooked to perfection as we requested them to be lightly blackened. The staff was incredibly personable, and we thoroughly enjoyed every minute of our visit. We can't wait to come back!"
