"Came for a 30th birthday dinner and I could cry it was so perfect. Our server was Kacy and she was such a joy to be around and really leaned in to our tables enthusiasm for the meal. All of the food was perfectly prepared, beautifully composed dishes, we did the wine pairings as well which were more complex with the dishes that allowed it and stepped back when required. By the end we were both stuffed silly and happily waddling back to our cars. Truly a once in a lifetime experience I’d love to repeat."

"My wife and I have returned (are we glutons for punishment? after a bad meal with really nasty service, about 1 year ago. We thought maybe they saw the light and fixed the problems. It's as bad as ever. The waiting staff is still sniffing and at the same time ignorant about the wine list. The Maitre D ' does not seem to respect the reservation list, to put us in a bad table when explicitly promised a large table where we specified. The food was seasoned and the port was not fresh. The salad was devastated, and we went before dessert and had enough of this place. Without a total change in management and menu, this classic place becomes dump, the sooner the better."

"Four of us had a pre concert dinner on a Thursday evening. Our reservation was for 6:30, but because of traffic and parking issues we didn’t get to our table until about 6:55. Our waitress was super accommodating to get us the happy hour pricing—and was just really sweet and friendly. I wish I had caught her name. We ordered one each of the happy hour tapas plates: the hummus trio, the pork belly, the mussels, and the latkes. Then followed up with a small Caesar salad, a side of fries, and wings. Everything was good, nothing was outstanding. I’ve been there before, I will go back again."

"Great atmosphere and decor, very good northern Italian food and other diverse selections, excellent appetizers and charcuterie, surprisingly large well prepared portions, amazing bread, responsive service, but, sadly a self inflicted wound on the wine by a restaurant that calls itself a wine bar. Wine should be stored and served at 55 to 65 degrees. This is challenging for many restaurants who will hover around room temperature. Unfortunately, the bottle we ordered, a well selected unusual norther Italian gem, was nowhere near even that. It was every bit of 80 degrees. Literally warm to the touch as if it were close to bright lights or the kitchen. We had to put it in the water bottle chiller. At this temperature, for any length of time, wine “cooks”, a trade term indicating spoilage. Unfortunately, ours was close to “cooked” indicating long term poor hot storage. This is sad because Esca has a smartly selected list with some delightful options. It makes no sense why they would invest in very nice wines and then undermine them. We thought maybe it was our bottle alone but we saw other reviews complaining about the warm wine. The average customer might not notice but anyone with any wine expertise will. Please Esca, fix this.We would like to come back for your delightful food but frankly, we would be hesitant to order another bottle. What an unnecessary loss…"

"Henley proved to be an exceptional dining destination, where every aspect of the experience exceeded expectations. The food was simply divine, with standout dishes like the baked feta stealing the show. The baked feta appetizer featured a delightful combination of roasted grapes, harissa, and cucumber, creating a symphony of flavors that delighted the taste buds. The creamy feta, paired with the sweetness of the roasted grapes, the subtle heat of harissa, and the refreshing cucumber, was an absolute revelation. Each bite was a harmonious blend of textures and tastes, leaving us craving for more. Not only was the food a highlight, but the service provided by our waiter, John, was equally commendable. He was attentive and knowledgeable, offering helpful suggestions and ensuring that our dining experience was seamless and enjoyable. The thoughtfully decorative plates added an extra touch of elegance to the entire meal, making it a multisensory delight. Henley truly stands out as a restaurant that combines exceptional food, impeccable service, and thoughtful aesthetics, making it a must-visit destination for any food enthusiast."

"We recently celebrated a birthday party for one of our group at Jacky's. It was a nice touch for the owner to write "happy birthday" in chocolate sauce on the cake and to decorate a candle for the birthday boy. However, a significant part of our experience was the incredibly slow food service. Luckily, we weren’t in a rush, but it took a very long time to receive our food, particularly the sushi. This was by far the slowest service I have ever encountered."

"We were a party of 4 for my BIL birthday dinner! We had a wonderful time! First of all, I would like to thank the hostess, the cook(s) to the bar staff and especially our server Corey. From the beginning to the end of the service and food were imitated! Food: we didn't order any apps. We went straight to the net. We had 2 orders of butter milk roasted chicken, 1 order of cattle short ribs and 1 order of crunchy pork shoulder. All were juicy, delicate and aromatic. For shady sides we had butter milk rolls (addictively tasty, we ordered it twice), Mac and cheese(yummy) and smeared winter green. We were not disappointed. Parking: You must park in a parking garage BUT the restaurant gives you a confirmation card so that parking is free. 5/5 Recommend to give them an attempt! Thanks for the wonderful service! We're coming back!"

"I wouldn't recommend this restaurant at all. They call it Nepalese, but it's just a fancy name for Indian food that I love. There are many excellent Indian restaurants here, but this is not one of them. Firstly, there were no other customers when we got there. Two parties came in after us and we are looked after before us. We expressly told the waitress everything mild. When we ordered a birayani she forgot to tell us until we complained that it is always spicy. We started with an inedible lentil soup. It was cold and salty. We asked for hot tea and she said they had gone out that afternoon. Our chicken tikka was all sauce and very little chicken. We sent it back and told them to add more chicken. The shrimp dish was the same - all sauce and hardly any shrimp. The sauces over the rice were pleasant, but overpriced for how little you got. We enjoyed the starter of Mo MO and the Chana Masala. I love Mango Lassi, but they just poured it out of a 1 gallon container. It was probably pre-made in the supermarket. Don't go here when we have such a large and diverse Indian community with excellent restaurants across the region."

"We arrived at around 530-600pm for dinner. The Dockside was busy but was able to be seated right away.. They got us to our table and let us know that our server would be with us shortly. Five minutes passed and Grant our server for the evening took our drink order and gave us another 5-10 min to look over the menu. We ordered the Shrimp Nachos the small serving which it shortly arrived within minutes of placing the order. One note here..we ordered the small and if youhave a party more than 3 you better order the large portion, ours was devoured in minutes. Grant let us know that he put in our meal after we received the shrimp nachos so we didn't get our meal while still working on our appetizer. Grantwas polite, kind and helpful.. He checked back with us before, through and after our meal even sensed when my kiddos drinks were nearing empty. Ask for Grant! Best server to date!"

"Ritz Carlton what a name. Berlin, Vienna, Singapore and everywhere. This name stands for elegance and good taste. Dinning on the terrace of the Ritz Carlton in Bal Harbour is the absolute disappointment. The food and service was ok (but don´t expect something fancy, it was a very simple Menu selection), but we expected a bit of a flair, having lunch on the terrace. Simple chairs without a seat cushion, tableware like a average restaurant, so charme, no atmosphare, a view on some old warehouses and yes at the side a bit of view of the sea. Only the prices reminded to the great Ritz Carlton group, but no heart. Go in the Four Seasons a few blocks from there. There you can eat in style for the same prices."

"What a great evening at BPH! We were in Boston at Equinox on Franklin, near Faneuil Market, and afterwards were looking for a terrific post workout meal. Boy did we find it! Bostonia Public House was a perfect choice. We were seated at a booth in the bar area, and I ordered a Monkey 47 martini, which was fantastic. We had delicious Korean pork ribs, fantastic clam chowder and a chicken sandwich. The atmosphere is great lively but not too loud. And our server Karen was perfection the right mix of friendliness and professionalism. All in all a great meal, and next time we're in Boston, we'll return there for sure!"

"Perfect place for a chic casual American brunch if you?re looking to drop a dime for ambiance and taste. Reason for not 5* is the slowness of getting our food. Pro tips? 1. Sticky bun is very satisfying. 2. Their produce is on point. 3. To get to the restaurant, go into the Kimpton hotel, turn immediately left, and you?ll see an elevator to get to the restaurant. 4. Mimosas were boozy but balanced. 5. Sunday brunch had live jazz music and the music was actually good."

"On a lovely day, we decided to have brunch outside at Bungalow Lakehouse. It's necessary to make reservations for outdoor seating, so we did. It took a few minutes to get our table, and some more minutes to be greeted after sitting down, but when the waiter finally came, he said this was the busiest it had ever been since the Covid reopening, so I think they were a little shortstaffedoverwhelmed. But, after getting greeted and placing our orders, everything went smoothly. The crabcakes benedict were awesome, but my partner's omelette was a bit dry. The noise level was pretty high, as people were just excited to be out and about. Overall, an enjoyable experience"

"I recently visited this restaurant for the second time, and it was just as incredible as my first visit! The first time, I tried the banana split and it was absolutely delicious. This time, I decided to go for the s'mores cookies and cream ice cream with toasted marshmallow topping. It was one of the best ice cream dishes I've had in a while! I only wish I lived closer so I could try their seasonal flavors all the time. If you're in the Louisville area and love ice cream, you must check out this place!"

"we were greeted at the door by someone who told us that they did not have a Booster seat for our 3yr old, after I had already called and asked, and it was told them. the person stood there and stared at me and said I'm sorry, and didn't offer to sit on us. Finally, I had to ask if they put us or what. once we set ourselves, that was in order. our waffles were burned, but it was okay. it was just not a good start to Mother's Day."

"Saint Second offers a stylish and welcoming ambiance with top-notch service, but the food didn’t quite justify the price. The Pineapple Toast was essentially a standard French toast with candied pineapple—pleasant but unremarkable. The Madame Croquette leaned too heavily on salt and cheese, overpowering the dish. While the vibe and hospitality were excellent, the food itself was just okay for the cost. A visit for the experience, but not necessarily for the flavors."

"We have been to webers countless times and although the food is always delicious this time the service was very poor. It took 25 min once seated to take our order then we were never checked on once we received our dinners. We were celebrating our sons birthday and the service really ruined the night. The manager did apologize as did the server but it was a disappointing dinner because of the lack of service. We will dine here again and hope for better service next time. Things happen and we understand that but we wish the manager would have stepped in sooner to help her if she was so busy."
