"We made reservations for the Foundation Room, but when we checked in with the hostess at House of Blues, we were given a booth in what I think was the lounge, between the bar and kitchen, even though we said Foundation Room reservations. None of the photos on this app matched the House of Blues at this location on the map. We were disappointed with the time it took for our drinks and food to arrive (over 20 minutes for food, 30 for drinks) even though it was a slow night with maybe 10 tables in the whole place. Food was mediocre (burned brisket on fries, jambalaya was just spicy, not flavorful, butter cornbread were the best part of the meal). I would have preferred to eat somewhere with more authentic creole food. I wish we could have actually eaten at the location described in this app, since it looks and sounds much better than what we experienced."
