"I was pleased with my experience at Andersens, so we decided to go back a second time, and it was just as enjoyable. The consistency impressed me. The staff was very attentive and friendly, greeting us promptly to take our orders. The food came out quickly, which I had heard from others in reviews, but I wonder if they experienced that during the restaurant's initial opening phase when they were likely overwhelmed. We visited after the initial rush had subsided, so our meals arrived in a timely manner. Everything was served hot, except for a part of our macaroni and cheese. They swiftly took it back and replaced it without any hassle. What more could I ask for? Mistakes happen, but they handled it perfectly. The chicken order was delicious—really very good. The ribs were excellent as well. For a barbecue place, it definitely exceeded our expectations. We are looking forward to returning!"
