"The staff from Solomon’s who catered our recent Holocaust Educators Network Summer Workshop were exceptionally professional and a delight to work with. Our lunch spread arrived right on schedule, and our participants had the chance to learn about the history of Solomon’s while enjoying a delicious assortment of breads, bagels, smoked whitefish, egg salad, corned beef, pastrami, roasted turkey, salad, cookies, and lemon bars. We received nothing but positive feedback, and we will certainly consider them for our future catering needs."
