"I've hesitated to share my thoughts because I prefer to stay positive and believe that everyone is trying their best—after all, nobody is perfect. However, I feel compelled to say that if you're planning to spend your money on a meal out, I wouldn't recommend this place. The kitchen staff is unreliable, the conditions in the kitchen are unacceptable, and the food storage practices raise serious health concerns. Honestly, this establishment should be shut down by the health department. On the other hand, The Country's in Columbus is fantastic; the staff there genuinely cares and does excellent work. It's disheartening to see the way Auburn is being managed—it feels like it’s heading downhill. It's truly disappointing and concerning."
