"I called in a rib dinner today, the old lady that answered the phone wasn’t very friendly, I almost decided not to order after the 4 minute hold, then her manner but ordered anyways Got there and my ribs were dryer than I liked so I asked if I could get fresher ribs and was told that they all were cooked this morning and there aren’t any fresher ribs So I asked for a refund The chef and old lady decided to call the owner who also refused to give me a refund but offer me “fresher” ribs!!! They had just told me they had no fresher ribs How can you refuse a customer a refund if they no longer want food that isn’t up to their standards?????????? Crooks!!!! Never would recommend a place that chooses money over satisfying a customer or returning them their hard earned money if they don’t want your nasty food!!!
