"Had a bad experience with Security, I will explain below after I compliment everyone else. This is gonna be a long one. The view was great! Service was great, very friendly. Drinks were also great. Food, well...only 2 choices for dinner really. A $23 hamburger or fajitas. The fajitas were also very good. We had an appetizers. The appetizer was okay, not great, $18 for 4 small pieces of bread with a pesto drizzle, greens and marmalade. $100 for, 1 order of fajitas (we shared), 2 drinks, appetizer and tip. It was a great bar and would return for that and the view, everyone was friendly, until we ran into the Security intent on ruining our evening. We had a very enjoyable romantic evening with the great view and ambiance. We had parked in the garage, cost about $20, we parked on the 4th floor. My girlfriend wanted to see the view from the top, so instead of riding the elevators we got in the car and drove to the top and took some pictures of the Congress Ave. bridge. After a few minutes, we returned to the car and were about to leave, when I saw a woman coming out the door in front of the elevators and she was moving fast and headed straight for my door. I rolled down my window and with a big smile greeted her, Good evening, how are you. and she shined a super bright flashlight right in my eyes, basically blinding me and started raising her voice at us. Saying we moved the cones. We were tresspassing What? What cones? I told her we didn 't move any cones and I really didn 't like the accusation. I also told her get that dang flashlight out of my face. She had my girlfriend rattled and upset, because of the constant flashlight pointing, mentioning the police and very aggressive nature, she said she would call the police on us. We exchanged a few heated words, no profanity, raising our voices, I didn 't care for the accusations and terrible disrespectful treatment. Finally I said I 'm leaving she responded leave before I call the police ugh! She was young, 30ish and fairly short and had the worst attitude ever!! I am 61 years old with a grey beard, we were well dressed, in our car and obviously not your common criminal. I just drove slowly, to leave the garage, when we got near the pay both, she had come out of the elevators and yelled at the top of her lungs at us. I stopped and reversed all the way back to where she was and asked her if she needed us. She says she yelled have a good evening we had our windows down and pretty sure that 's not what she said. We slowly left, my girlfriend was nervous, she 's here on a Visa. Pretty much ruined the evening. On our way down the garage we had looked and never saw any cones or signs, saying to stop or not to pass, nothing. Maybe we weren 't supposed to be there, but we had no idea. I will be calling the Hyatt security office, to speak to her supervisor."
