"I have only eaten at Jason's Deli maybe 2 or 3 times. I have never had a bad experience or poor food. The manager saw we had a box and wanted be sure we fid not have a cake that required refrigeration. We told us he would have happily refrigerated it until we were ready. Fantastic service."

"I was extremely disappointed with my dining experience at this restaurant. The soup I ordered, which was supposed to be wild rice and chicken, was cold and bland. However, the biggest disappointment was my sandwich, a 1/4 turkey Muffaletta. It is normally toasted to perfection, but this time it was served cold and soggy. The bread was so mushy that it couldn't even be held properly, and the temperature was ice cold. The sandwich was lacking in turkey and cheese, and instead was filled with an overwhelming amount of olive mix. This was a major letdown and I feel like I wasted my money and my lunch."

"I was really excited to try this place because back at home in Texas. The salad bar was always my favorite. I hadn’t been in about six years A +1 to enjoy some lunch thinking that I had a great experience like I used to. I ordered the Santa Fe sandwich along with the chipotle, chicken and avocado Panini And what I thought was a unlimited salad , was only a one time stop Which was not discussed or sign anywhere explaining the regulations) But what really got to me was that the staff Were trashing the guest, but in Spanish. I was sitting maybe 15 feet away and could hear specifically one lady just talk trash about people being cheap and taking advantage of the Salad bar. I’m not wanting to mix my sweet components with savory salty, especially in a salad so when I went up to ask for a plate manager, Mike explained to me it was a one time trip deal but politely gave me a second and said it’s OK. And as I continued to debate what I wanted, I could just hear the lady and some of the employees laugh and start talking mess on how I was trying to scam the salad bar. This completely threw off my appetite. I confronted the gentleman, Micheal , who is the store manager and told him I did not appreciate the conversation and how abrupt and they were not aware of those who speak the language and are ignorant to their environment. I spent over $40 and was there for probably no more than 15 minutes. I was embarrassed and shocked on how the manager handled the situation. The lady by the name of Concha Most ignorant and rude of them all and Mike just seem timid and lots of words with remorse. Unfortunate the guest service here was what completely threw off my experience and overall just poor customer service."

"I want to send a special thanks to chris green, manager jason 's deli. I had a medical problem during work that didn't let me drive or work. fortunately, I could drag in jason's deli to try regroup. they prepared for the opening, but were closed for the economy. chris came out to check if I wasn't good. I was looking for my phone to contact my family, I recognized it left home. he was gracious enough to offer me food water and the use of his phone. He called 911, they took me to the emergency room. I had to leave my car in the facility where my family had to contact chris to find my location. I look at him as the angel that God has set for me this day. he was so suspicious that I can't thank him enough for what they did for me. without them, the dnigs could have been really wrong for me. thank god for people who go the extra mile to help stop a complete stranger."

"I really enjoy ordering from this restaurant through the app! Everything always arrives just as I requested. I also discovered that if a modification isn’t available on the app for a certain item, you can simply place the order normally and then call them right after to request the change. They’ll make it for you, so it arrives just the way you want. For example, I ordered the beef eater but don’t like mayo, so I called them right after placing my order while it was still being confirmed. By the time it got to my house, there was no mayo on it! It’s that easy!"

"I still dislike the policy of only allowing one trip through the salad bar. However, I have come up with a compromise. I will order takeout, which includes a trip through the salad bar. "I ordered lunch for the team today. Some got the potatoes that were huge and looked awesome. Another person and I got the beef eater sandwich with au jus. Well neither of us liked the sandwich. I haven't eaten here in a long time but don't believe I had complaints in the past. It just didn't taste good at all today. The brownie was decent after nuking in the microwave for a little bit. I'll give 2 stars for now and maybe try another time and update, but I was really disappointed. It looks bad too. It was a take out order or else I would've returned mine. I think they said the potatoes were tasty.."

"Restrooms are located towards the back right hand side. Women's restroom is straight down the hall. It is always clean and fully stocked. I believe it has 3 stalls. The atmosphere is nice and not to quiet or to loud. I usually go around the evening and there is not that many people.The restaurant is always clean and they are keeping up with the salad bar by cleaning and restocking the items. The sandwiches are always delicious. I recommend the deli club but they have so many delicious items to choose from. Everyone there is friendly. I recommend this place for a nice relaxing atmosphere."

"We've been to this place at least 5 times and this was the last. Horrid horrid service. It took 20 minutes to bag my order. Not to cook or make the order, to put it in a freaking bag. It was ridiculous. Asked the cashier, asked the manager. Asked another manager and then I got really mad. The order was complete right away. What really made me mad was I tried to call in the order at least 4 times and was hung up on every time. While I was waiting I talked to another guy who had the same issue. It was insane. The guys making sandwiches we're standing around talking so I really do t know why they couldn't put the order in the bag. I will never go back there!"

"I arrived at Jason's Deli after working out at the gym. I had worked up a decent appetite and ordered a tomato caprese sandwich with a potato salad. I waited over 20 minutes and didn't receive my order. It was absolutely the worst service I have ever received. The place was not busy at all, and they were staffed by what seemed an adequate number of staff members. The absolute apathy shown by the staff members made me feel like the last priority in what some would think is a customer oriented establishment. Management should have a serious inquiry into why customer service is so seriously lacking in such a highly overly priced place in the first place. The food finally arrived and I was able to type a novel. Hopefully it is worth the incredibly unnecessary wait time... Update: The caprese is cold. Thought it was supposed to be a hot sandwich but maybe my hopes are too high. Not as high as the $20+ tag on the meal, though, but I digress. Also, it had a strange, bitter taste to it, and barely had any pesto sauce on it at all, nothing like the advertised picture... The potato salad is very dry and doesn't seem very fresh. Honestly, I hope I don't get food poisoning... Post meal aftermath: This was my first time going to a Jason's Deli. In today's world of fast food Russian roulette where your prize is what poison you get to die from, I was hopeful that something new would usher in new and better options. Sadly, I have been thoroughly and utterly let down on every level from service and price to quality and experience. The second picture is of what is left of my meal. I should ask for a refund but I hope that my testimony of my experience will alert their management and ownership. Anyways, I won't be coming back unless they can seriously address some of these issues..."

"dear jasons! was very surprised at the inattentiveness of the staff. I counted 14 employees (counted the manager and the 3 employees in the office. the cashier made me order quickly. (I was the only customer waiting to be served the team member has my order in ca. 3 minutes made. she put it on a tablet and in the window to be bagged. no less than 6 team members went by and ignored it. 2 even looked at it and ignored it. after 10 minutes I asked the original bank about my order. he immediately hired another man who bagged it and brought it out to me. I have not received the additional serviettes I have requested, nor any utensils until I have asked for them. I wasted half my break and waited for my lunch. I don't know what you'll do when you're busy."

"I'm the friend Sniff the Raven discusses in his review.My friends wanted sandwiches for a late dinner. We checked their site, they had a Gluten Free menu. When I placed my order, I deliberately asked if they had gluten-free bread and could substitute it in the muffuletta.I was told they did. So I placed my order. I declined my receipt, it's usually a waste of paper and I just have to throw it away later. I joined my friends at the table and waited. And waited. My friends, knowing I have health problems, began to ask on my behalf. We waited some more. My friends finished their meal. And we waited.Turned out, they packed my order as delivery and sent it off with a delivery driver. Since I don't have my receipt, they apparently had no record of my order and can only offer me a gift card. Fine. I reorder, stressing once again that I NEED GLUTEN FREE. I have Celiac Disease, though I can usually handle a little cross-contamination.The order came out and the manager is trying to offer me a free strawberry cheesecake, which is not gluten-free according to the menu. (Despite there being stickers on my meal regarding dietary restrictions and warning of cross-contamination)The ham muffuletta wasn't great and the tomato basil soup disturbingly sweet. However, I was famished, so I ate. Big mistake.We left about 10pm and I got to spend the rest of my night violently sick from my body's immune response to gluten.My friends assured me that Jason's Deli is excellent, but I really can't trust this restaurant or chain now. I don't know if it was the Karen I heard freaking out over eggs and they took it out on me or if they thought I was being one. I gave the gift card to my friends. It'll be years before I can purge the memory of the gluten reaction and ultimately throwing up that muffuletta and tomato basil soup after it sat in my stomach since 10pm.Dietary restrictions: They do not honor any dietary restrictions, despite allegedly having menu options."

"Every Jason's Deli I've been to has had some sort of issue with my order, and this location was no exception. Although some staff members were friendly and welcoming, the team that brought our food wasn't as cheerful. I do appreciate that Jason's Deli offers gluten-free options, and their stuffed potatoes are definitely a highlight on the menu. On this visit, I ordered the Cobb Salad for around $10, but I don't think it was worth the price. The greens were a bit wilted, and there was way too much ham and bacon on top, making it overly salty. The chicken was the saving grace of the salad, but overall, I left feeling that the flavor did not justify what I paid."

"I ordered via uber eats and I have ordered for pickup before and ordered in this particular store. What I noticed is that some people take their time to make the order correctly while others do not. I specifically asked for bell peppers on the side, extra tomatoes on the side, red onions on the sandwich and the bread to be toasted. I did not receive any of that and the avocado on my sandwich was brown. So I had to take things off and add what I had in my refrigerator to make the sandwich edible. I just noticed that at this location it is ALWAYS a hit or a MISS so I never know what I am going to get. The last time I went I ordered for pickup and the sandwich was PERFECT. So it really depends on the employee and how they feel. I just want consistent good sandwiches because my husband and I like eating Jason's deli but it just depends on the day."
