"This restaurant is amazing. When I first walked in, I thought it would be similar to a Cava or Chipotle or DC Taco, but it's actually a sit-down restaurant with elegant table service. The barbecue food is top-notch, with a menu that is both affordable and appealing to foodies. They also offer a brunch menu on Sundays and possibly Saturdays, with options like chicken and waffles. I opted for a brisket sandwich and a side salad with an iced tea, and the beef was so tender that I didn't even need a steak knife. The smoky flavor of the beef was delicious on its own, but I also enjoyed trying their regular and hot barbecue sauces, with a preference for the spicy regular sauce. Sitting at the bar, I was able to see whole spatchcock chickens coming out of the oven, and they looked irresistible. Before leaving, I grabbed some pulled pork to go, which was just as tasty when I got home. This restaurant is conveniently located on my usual walking route, so I will definitely be returning in the future."
