"My recent visit was inspired by a lovely neighborhood voucher I received, which allowed me to pick up half a dozen bagels without needing to make any additional purchases—what a great deal! The everything and Parmesan bagels were fresh and absolutely delicious. We also ordered some coffee, which I believe was standard Caribou coffee—not particularly noteworthy. The shop itself appeared a bit disorganized behind the counter. This may have been due to a new cash register, as we were instructed to place our order at the far end of the counter since the staff member seemed unsure of where everything was located. After ordering, there was some confusion regarding how to complete the transaction and what we had ordered, as it hadn't been entered into the system and we didn't receive a receipt or anything. It was somewhat distracting, but it wouldn't prevent me from returning."

"The food was just as I anticipated, but I want to focus on a major issue that can't be overlooked. The dining area is spacious, yet there are no tables or chairs for customers to sit at! There are also no outdoor seating options. We enjoy picking up bagels as a healthy meal while running errands, but there's nowhere to eat them. Allowing customers to dine in your restaurant doesn’t cost you anything, but I hope this oversight continues to affect your reviews until you recognize the problem and address it."

"Amanda is the manager and she has an amazing crew. During my travels I visit Bruegger's Bagels in different states. This experience was by far the most amazing. My wife and I visited her parents two days in Cleveland and we decided to buy something for us and take something for our children home. We shared our stories with Amanda and our experiences. Something that was sung with her, and she decided to show an act of kindness that completely blown us away. She paid for our entire bill! I can't wait to go back to this place when I visit Cleveland and I recommend everyone visiting the Cleveland area should come by and say hello to Amanda, Andrew, Alexa and Mo."

"This is BY far the best and only Brugger's Bagels to which I will ever go. I often visit South Park Shops and the staff is always super friendly, efficient and helpful. You always have what I need in stock and help me feed all my staff. The young lady who's always here on Saturday morning is so sweet and welcoming. I'm always so happy to see her when I visit, and she's just a really wonderful employee and I'm sure an even better person!"

"Hardly everyone makes traditional cooked then baked bagels in these days. Bruegger makes them right, and they're hot in the morning. The Brueggers downtown near the science museum makes it right, and above has an excellent staff. So I mean kind and they'll try to tell me what's hot when I'm here. "March 20, 2023 update: Lowering my rating from 3 stars to 1. This place has tanked. It used to be such a nice place to go for a bagel and coffee. The service is now slow. The lines are out the door. The bagels are poorly made (slapped together and not even cut all the way though). And the dining room has been removed. So now I just go next door to Stone Creek for a coffee, breakfast pastry, and nice place to sit. Great bagels and friendly staff, but this location 's dining room has been closed for weeks, so they can no longer rightly claim to be dine-in."

"I ordered the bacon, avocado, and tomato sandwich with regular eggs on whole wheat. The sandwich had potential, but unfortunately, the bagel wasn't toasted enough to give it that crispy texture and didn't taste very fresh either. The avocado was barely a smear until I asked for a little extra, and the eggs, which were supposed to be perfectly seasoned, had no seasoning at all. I wasn't greeted when I approached the counter, and the person making my sandwich seemed a bit grumpy. Additionally, the dining room was closed, so I had to eat in my car. Honestly, I think giving it two stars might be generous."

"I would like my money back. We order from here 3x a week roughly, and we get the same thing everytime. All 3 bagels came on WHEAT everything bagels instead of regular. Didnt call us to ask what substitute we wanted. And the first dasher Andrew said the store employees mentioned "we are only doing orders for real customers right now" referring to the customers in the store. Very unexpected of brueggers but this is not at all what we ordered. Dasher Rob was great though"

"I am a man of simple needs, wants, and desires. I want to live a happy life. There are a few times in my life where I have lost my patience and verbally communicated any sort of disappointment Or dissatisfaction…today is one of those days. When I woke up this morning I had a dream to have a breakfast sandwich with my girlfriend and wasn’t asking for anything impossible. Just your standard breakfast sandwich. Now that being said, I came to realize after waiting in this establishment for over 40 minutes I apparently had asked for the impossible. I began to wonder what other impossibilities could come before this sandwich. I began to believe the browns could win a Super Bowl before the sandwich came. I was convinced Jesus was about to appear In human form again. I began to have hope that maybe just maybe my grandfather would come back from the dead to see me again. I was waiting for the sky to fall. I was waiting for the end of the world it seems. One might say I had fallen into a state of delusion while awaiting my bagel. I did not realize that a simple bacon egg and cheese on a bagel was more than anything I could ever ask in this god forsaken world, but here I am, on Google reviews, writing to you the readers, about what I experienced today at this establishment. If you walk through these doors you will not find happiness. You will not find the essence of a New York bagel. Once I walked through these doors, all hope was lost. The light within my heart had gone out. I was hungry and cold (just like my sandwich was when it finally arrived). Abandon all hope when walking through these doors. Do not expect help. Do not hope for salvation. Do not dream of a full stomach. I don’t know what I did to deserve what I went through in the last hour but I only hope that sharing what I went through can spare one of you, the readers of this review, from the same fate I endured. One hour and 3 minutes in this bagel shop and no sandwich passed through my lips to fill my belly. I am still cold, I am still hungry, but I hope I can change the world with this review."

"This is a lovely restaurant located conveniently near Six Forks and Highway 540. The staff is friendly, and the food is prepared quickly. You also have the option to order ahead and pick up your food without any contact, which is a nice feature. They've recently updated their in-store ordering process: you now place and pay for your order at the register before waiting for it to be prepared. While this system works reasonably well, it can become chaotic during busy times, as everyone ends up waiting together and it can be hard to tell which order belongs to whom. I recommend ordering ahead to sidestep any confusion."

"The restaurant is basic, but the food is delicious. The staff is friendly and accommodating. I do wish they had a wider variety of bagels, but it's convenient for me since I work nearby. "Two times in a row this location cannot get my order right. Both the bagels I ordered were not the ones I selected and the cream cheese was supposed to be strawberry. It was spread with some weird red sauce mixed in the strawberry cream cheese. Was obviously mixed with knives. Totally disgusting. "I had the most unpleasant experience with the staff at this restaurant. They were incredibly rude; when I asked for what I wanted, the lady scolded me for not informing the cashier that I had ordered a special bagel—even though I was completely unaware of that requirement. Their attitude was unacceptable, and I have no intention of returning. I would certainly advise others to think twice before visiting. "I am currently home sick and recovering and I wanted to send a big Big Bagel Bundle with orange juice and Fresh Brewed Coffee to my staff as a surprise to say thank you for all of their hard work in my absence. Unfortunately, the two tubs of cream cheese were missing which were the main components of the entire order. I called and explained my situation to the manager and he was very understanding, polite and gracious enough to deliver the cream cheese himself. Im very thankful for his kindness and willingness to go above and beyond to reconcile the situation. It is not jist excellent food, but quality and care like this that truly makes the world go round!"
